How We Work

Audit, Build, Retain — the full path from a first conversation to a system that runs without anyone checking it by hand.

How an engagement actually starts

Every engagement starts the same way, regardless of company size or which systems are involved: with a paid audit, not a proposal built on guesses. That's deliberate — before we recommend anything, we want to know exactly where the manual work actually is, what it's costing, and how much of the fix is already sitting inside software you own versus what genuinely needs to be built.

The three-step process

1

Audit (paid, 1–2 weeks)

We map your manual and paper-based steps and identify what's already possible with the software you own versus what needs to be built. You get a short report with a clear ROI estimate.

2

Build

Fixed-price or milestone-based, scoped directly from the audit findings — you know the cost and timeline before anything gets built, not after.

3

Retain

Ongoing support, monitoring, and iteration as your systems and needs evolve — so the system keeps running the way it was designed to.

Why the audit comes before any proposal

Most agencies quote a project off a sales call and a rough description of what you think you need. We audit first because the two most expensive mistakes in this kind of work are building something you already had the capability for, and discovering the real scope only after a fixed-price contract is signed. A paid audit costs less than either of those mistakes.
